Good safe location, in walking distance to many sites, restaurants, shopping etc.Staff were excellent, service great, everyone was happy to oblige any request.

Within walking distance to torre monumental. We appreciated the balcony, it was small. The area contains some restaurants like Farinelli within 5 minutes' walk. We came to Buenos Aires for one night, nothing to complain about for this hotel.

We were so close to many city attractions and within 10 minutes on foot from Galerias Pacifico. The fantastic service and the attention to detail were stand outs.

the room we stayed in was spacious with exquisite decor, featuring a wide screen TV and a BOSE stereo. the private facilities were also exclusive, with a huge bathroom and a comfortable bed that provided a great night's sleep. the restaurant was amazing, with the freshest produce, great food, and excellent coffee. The staff was extremely friendly, always ready to help, and the security was very important to the hotel. Cons: the only minor issue we faced was the small size of the swimming pool. Despite the clean and practical facilities, it was insufficient for a hotel of this caliber.

Service was lackluster, especially in the restaurant, where the staff seemed inexperienced and disorganized. Food was average at best and took an unreasonable amount of time, which was frustrating.

Amazing room with a personal touch - a lovely handwritten letter from a friend from our previous stay, along with special treats and a bottle of wine. The staff did their best at breakfast, although there were some inconsistencies. I would definitely recommend this hotel.
